I first encountered stop motion animation when I was 10 years old at a workshop it my local library. That workshop was run by a student from Sheridan College, one of the top animation schools in Canada, and we worked in super * film! Which means it took several weeks for the film to be developed and we didn't know what we had shot on camera until it came back and we edited it by cutting the film and taping it together! BUT for this class we will be using a free program called 'Blender and all the legos, marbles and items we can find around the house!
