Join our Board of Directors

Founded in 1879, the Ottawa School of Art is a community-based institution dedicated to fine arts education for students of all ages and abilities. The School has two campuses, runs five major educational programs and two public gallery spaces.

The Ottawa School of Art has an opening for a dynamic community member to serve on its board of directors.

We are looking for a community-minded individual with an interest in visual art that want to help further the goals of our exciting and growing institution that now offers classes at two campuses.

One Board position is available immediately while other positions become vacant in November. Your experience in the private sector, past service on other boards, finances, marketing, human resources, fundraising or a variety of other activities can make a great contribution to this vital local organization.

The board meets on a monthly basis about 11 times each year. The meetings are generally 90 minutes to 2 hours long.

L’École d’art d’Ottawa (ÉAO) est à la recherche un(e) candidat(e) dynamique intéressé(e) à faire partie de son conseil d’administration.

Vous êtes une personne altruiste, intéressée par les arts visuels et souhaitez contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de cette stimulante institution en pleine croissance, qui offre maintenant des cours dans deux campus.

Un poste au sein du conseil est disponible immédiatement tandis que d’autres postes deviennent vacants en novembre. Votre expérience dans le secteur privé, dans d’autres conseils d’administration, dans les finances, les ressources humaines, les collectes de fonds ou dans bien d’autres activités peut apporter une contribution importante à cette organisation vitale.

Les réunions du conseil d’administration, d’une durée de 90 mn à 2h, ont lieu une fois par mois 11 fois par an.
