The Ottawa School of Art Orleans Campus is proud to present its annual Instructors’ Exhibition. This year due to the circumstances, we are having our very first on line exhibition. This exhibition offers an opportunity for students and community alike to see, the high caliber and wide variety of media, techniques and styles of art being taught at the school. The 2020 Instructors’ Exhibition features painting, sculpture, watercolour, mixed media, photography, textile art and much more.
This year the exhibition showcases the artworks of; Andrea Mossop, Anna Krak-Kepka, David Kearn, Deidre Hierlihy, Dhanashri Bapat , Diana Guy, Janet Tulloch, Jim Lawrence, Lindsay Watson, Lindy Nadarajah, Nadine Argo, Sonia Arenas, Alena Liapko, Maryse Hatchard, Vanessa Dewson, Yulia Lisitsyna, Andre Breau. This show is a wonderful cross section of our instructors and our programs.
The Ottawa School of Art offers a full range of specialized art courses for all ages. There are day and evening classes for adults, for the very beginner to the advanced. We have courses in life drawing, landscape painting, contemporary painting, sculpture, watercolour, printmaking, photography, and more. There are also a wide variety of specialty workshops. The school also offers many dynamic children’s and teens’ classes from ages 4 to 16, from the pleasure of exploring art to building a portfolio. In addition to art courses the OSA Orleans campus also offers a non-for-credit Arts Fundamentals Certificate, professional exhibitions, student showing opportunities as well as artist in residence, artist talks, and lectures.
