Annual General Meeting
Take notice that the annual meeting of members of the Ottawa School of Art will be held at the Ottawa School of Art, 35 George St. in the City of Ottawa on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 7:00 pm for the purpose of: presentation of reports and statements, electing directors, appointing an auditor and the transaction of any other business for which purpose the notice has been given. The meeting will be held online and all OSA members in good standing are invited to attend.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors has selected a full slate of candidates for the Board. If OSA members wish, they may submit nominations to the OSA Board of Directors up to 14 days in advance of the OSA Annual General Meeting (November 10, 2021). A letter of nomination must be provided in writing to the attention of OSA President, Shirley Yik at president@artottawa.ca along with a copy of the nominee’s curriculum vitae. Interviews with nominated candidates will then be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Assemblée générale annuelle
Veuillez noter que l’assemblée annuelle des membres de l’École d’art d’Ottawa aura lieu à l’École même, au 35, rue George à Ottawa, le mercredi 24 novembre 2021 à 19 h pour la présentation de rapports et d’états financiers, l’élection des membres du conseil d’administration, la nomination d’un vérificateur et toute autre activité mentionnée dans l’avis de convocation. L’assemblée se tiendra en ligne et tous les membres en règle de l’ÉAO sont invités à y assister.

Le Comité des candidatures du conseil d’administration a sélectionné une liste complète de candidats pour le conseil. Si les membres de l’ÉAO le souhaitent, ils peuvent soumettre des candidatures au conseil d’administration jusqu’à 14 jours avant l’assemblée générale annuelle (10 novembre 2021). La lettre de candidature doit être envoyée par écrit à l’attention de la présidente de l’ÉAO, Shirley Yik, à l’adresse president@artottawa.ca, accompagnée d’une copie du curriculum vitae du candidat. Des entretiens avec les candidats proposés seront ensuite organisés à un moment mutuellement convenu.
