Eighth International Miniature Print Biennale Exhibition

The exhibit is open to all professional artists. The prints must be made with any generally accepted graphic techniques.
Each artist can submit a maximum of 4 prints to the jury. Prints must be numbered and signed by the artist and must have been produced since January 1, 2017.
The deadline for submitting artwork is February 21, 2020. All work must arrive no later than 4:00 p.m. local time (EST) in order to be considered for the exhibition.
The maximum dimension of the print image is 10 cm x 10 cm. The maximum dimension of the print matrix (paper, cloth, etc.) is 20 cm x 20 cm.
Each work submitted must be signed, must have a title (with an arrow on the back indicating the top of the piece), and must indicate the selling price in Canadian funds.
All prints submitted to the jury must be matted with plain white matt board. The outside dimensions for the matting must be 25 cm x 25 cm. for both the “passe-partout” and backing board.
All artists should send their works in a simple package without any glass or frame. Artists living outside Canada should send an entry package clearly marked “Printed Matter” and bear the declaration “No commercial value”.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY WHEN CHOOSING TICKET OPTIONS: Submissions prices have been clearly calculated for you – you do not need to purchase more than 1 ticket – simply count the number of prints you will be submitting (1,2,3 or 4) and choose the corresponding ticket! EXAMPLE:
If you are submitting only 1 print – choose the first ticket option
If you are submitting 2 prints – choose the second ticket option
If you are submitting 3 prints – choose the third ticket option
If you are submitting 4 prints – choose the fourth ticket option
L’exposition est ouverte à tous les artistes professionnels. Les estampes doivent être réalisées à partir de techniques d’illustration généralement acceptées.
Chaque participant peut présenter un maximum de quatre (4) estampes au jury. Les estampes doivent être numérotées et signées par l’artiste, et avoir été réalisées après le 1er janvier 2017.
La date limite pour présenter les oeuvres est le 21 février 2020. Les oeuvres doivent nous parvenir au plus tard à 17 h heure locale (HE) afin d’être prises en considération pour l’exposition.
La grandeur des estampes ne doit pas être supérieure à 10 cm x 10 cm. La mesure maximale de la matrice de l’estampe (papier, tissu, etc.) est de 20 cm x 20 cm.
Chaque oeuvre présentée doit être signée, porter un titre (avec une flèche au verso indiquant le haut de l’oeuvre) et afficher un prix de vente en monnaie canadienne.
Toutes les estampes présentées au jury doivent être montées avec un passe-partout en carton blanc ordinaire. La dimension extérieure du cadre doit être de 25 cm x 25 cm pour le montage avec le passe-partout ET le dos protecteur.
Tous les artistes devraient faire parvenir leurs oeuvres dans un emballage simple sans vitre ou encadrement. Les artistes de l’extérieur du Canada devraient envoyer un colis de participation portant clairement la mention « Imprimés » et la déclaration « Sans valeur commerciale ».
