In-Person Summer Day Camps

Unfortunately, we are unable to run in-person Summer Day Camps until Week 3 (beginning July 20). This was a very difficult decision, and we apologize to those parents and students who will be affected. After much deliberation, we felt that in the short timeline it was too difficult to implement the required safety measures, to ensure the protocols are being met, and still create an enjoyable experience.

Health, Safety and Social Distancing

In order to comply with Ministry-mandated social distancing measures there are many stipulations required for attendance of in-person camps. Listed here are just a few we felt were important to high-light prior to registering your child:

  • Camp enrolment numbers will be reduced to 8 children per class.
  • Children living in the same household may not attend different in-person camps on the same week they may only attend the same Please contact us via email before registering your children if you have questions about this requirement.
  • A pre-camp phone call with parents and a signed waiver will be required for each student enrolled. We will share more about this process soon.
  • Parent and child will both have to participate in pre-camp check-in screening, you will not be able to drop-off your child or teen to sign in on their own.

To Our OSA Community,

We are continuing to implement social distancing measures and all campuses remain closed until further notice. We are staying on top of the rapid developments related to Covid-19, and continue to make adjustments as it affects our students, faculty, staff and school operations. Please take the proper precautions to keep yourself and loved ones healthy and do everything you can to reduce the spread of the virus.

Other communication to share:

School Hours and Public Closure
OSA Campuses remain closed until further notice.

Again, we apologize to our families who may be affected by this, but we must adhere to the Ministry’s guidelines.
